Do you think I pay for all the flight tickets, book one hotel near Midvalley, then cancel, and again book a hotel (all done by my son) with the purpose of not attending? I also requested someone (I cannot recall the name of the person) the schedule of the programs to plan. Somehow I joined INVEST NOW with the trust that I would get some understanding, skills, knowledge, etc. regarding real estate investment.
I think I have joined without a proper understanding of the program schedule, my capacity, age, health factors, to visit KL, etc.
In 2020, if I am not mistaken, I joined a program regarding the website at DMC’s Digital Marketing Training in Penang. It was a 1 or 2 days program. Before lunch, I suffered from the same kind of health problem. The trainer asks me to go back home. Then he arranges to send me the video.
Anyhow, I am sending the flight tickets and hotel booking proof only.
Regarding doctor related, my Neurologist doctor was not available. Tomorrow I am going to Gleneagles Hospital Penang to visit my doctor. Still not available, I will see my Physician, Dr. Sreenivasan, in the same hospital.
I must do something because I have booked a flight to visit India next week.

Another issue is that I am a PR holder. I am Indian but with red IC. I could not be able to apply what I learned in NMD. I am not allowed to buy property below RM 1M.

I have returned to Malaysia. Can you arrange to refund the payment I made for Invest now Coaching Program.
Again, I have confirmed with my Lawyer that as a PR holder, I could not benefit from this program. I bought a house in 2005 below RM 300000/=. On 2011 I bought another house below RM600000/=.
Now my lawyer says that the rules have changed. Foreigners now it is not allowed to buy below RM 1M.
To benefit from Dato programs, he advised to sell at appreciations, if reached RM500000/= or above.
Another thing is I am 62. Of course, I invest in educational programs. I am also WBC member. I joined NMD. With all these programs, I am happy to learn something. With Invest Now Coaching Program I feel I have wasted a lot of time, finding properties, which I am not allowed to buy.

The issue is I am not Malaysian citizen.

The management has decided to mot give a refund to your case because when you signed up for this course, we have made payment for venues, transportation, materials and also alot of costing incurred. The coaches has been trying their best to help all the members since the day NMD ended and day one of invest now. Its pretty unfair to us and to them if you ask for a full refund only after 1 month into the program.
You mentioned you will attend invest now 1, then you said you were in the hospital and last minute you voylrny make it. After which you were in India. Only when you came back you wanted a refund.
Yes you did say you are not Malaysian you knew that more than us. You didn’t do your due diligence back then. Three weeks into invest now 1, you didn’t mention anything. Its really not fair that you did things as you like and want a refund just because now you found out that non Malaysian can’t buy properties below RM1million.
This program was designed to help and make sure everyone goes home with a property. You came in cos in the 3 days NMD you were convinced anyone could do it. Yes you may be 62 and non residence, but we have some other ways to let members get their property.
However, I can’t promise you will get a refund. I will try my best to talk to Dato and the management team. Because the fees you paid, we have made payments to several suppliers. If we even give out a refund to you, it could only be partial. But no promises. I will get back to you.
